Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using illlo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account using valid authentication credentials
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Service Description

illlo is an AI-powered tool that generates UI-ready illustrations for digital products. The Service uses OpenAI technology to create illustrations based on your inputs. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Our Service offers multiple subscription tiers:

  • Free Plan: Limited generations per month, PNG export only
  • Paid Plans: Higher generation limits, PNG and SVG export, commercial use rights

Billing terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Generation limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Unused generations do not roll over to the next period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to generate excessive requests
  • Resell or redistribute generated illustrations without proper licensing

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of illustrations you generate using our Service. However, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Commercial Use: Paid plans include commercial usage rights for generated illustrations. Free plan users may not use generated illustrations for commercial purposes without upgrading.

Our Service: The illlo platform, including its design, code, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service.

AI-Generated Content: Illustrations are generated using AI technology. While we strive for uniqueness, we cannot guarantee that generated content will be completely original or exclusive.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, illlo and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless illlo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data and generated content.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
